Do we offer evening and weekend services?
We understand taking time out of busy schedules for onsite home improvement projects is difficult. This is why we offer weekend services at no extra charge. We will accommodate your needs to the best of our abilities.
How long does an average job take?
The typical job last about 1 business day. There are many factors that we must take into consideration such as size of the job, overall scope of work, and scheduling that may extend the time frame of the job. We adjust our start and end times based off of your schedule to make the whole process as easy as possible for you the client.
How much does an average job cost?
It is incredibly difficult to give an accurate quote over the phone or email without one of our experts being able to physically inspect your attic. Please schedule a FREE inspection which will include a detailed break down of your attic and the services we recommend to meet you and your homes needs.
Can you add new insulation on top of existing insulation?
Yes we definitely can! Many attics we encounter are in relatively good condition and just lack the proper amount of insulation to meet the desired “R” value. Simply adding new insulation above existing insulation is a fast and cost-effective way to do so!
What care is taken to hour home to prevent contamination when we begin out work?
We understand that hiring a contractor to make improvements to your home can often be a daunting task. We have always heard horror stories of bad experiences with contractors which is why we focus so much on customer satisfaction. When it comes time to actually start work in your home, we spend a lot of time and effort into prep work before we actually enter your attic. Listed below are steps we take to ensure that we left your house cleaner than we left it.
-Tarp under our vehicles whenever parked on your drive-way to prevent any kind of possible fluid contamination.
-Shoe booties worn on all personal entering your home
-Drop cloths laid all along walkway that personnel will be traveling through
-Visqueen plastic draped along all walls, windows, surface areas where insulation is transported to and from your home.
-Once all work is completed, our personnel will do full once over of the affected area of your home and will vacuum, mop, and dust any remaining debris.
-We will do a walk through with one last time before we leave to ensure that you as a client’s expectations have been met.
Do we price match other quotes?
Yes we do! As long as a DETAILED quote is shown we can compare and contrast the differences between them and make sure that you get the best bang for your buck!
Do we offer a warranty on our services?
Yes we offer full warranty on ALL of the services we offer! Different services have different warranties due to life spans of materials and the general nature of the product.
What’s the best type of insulation for my home?
We offer a full variety of different products to meet your insulation needs. There are many different factors that go into play that determines what insulation will benefit your home the most. Why don’t we offer air duct cleaning services?
It is our belief as well as many other contractors that air duct cleaning is just a band aid to a bigger problem within your HVAC system. If there is evidence that there is dust or other debris within your duct than simply cleaning them will not solve your problem. Please schedule a FREE inspection and one of our experts will diagnose any potential issues with your air duct system.
What protocols do we follow during this COVID-19 Pandemic?
We take the safety of our clients and personnel very seriously. In consideration with CDC and public health guidelines, all personnel entering your home will have a mask on at ALL times. We do daily symptom screening to ensure we provide a safe work environment for everyone.
